You booked your first house cleaning with us. CONGRATULATIONS! 😍

We have put together this guide to answer your last questions. Please read it carefully and get the most out of your Adèle House Cleaning experience!

Your most frequently asked questions🔥

Your cleaning will be confirmed once a Pro selects it. Allow between 12 to 24 hours. Consider changing the date or the time sloth if nobody chooses your cleaning after 24 hours. Mondays and Fridays are our busiest days, so it’s best to choose a different time if possible. 

It is a pre-authorization. The amount is therefore retained on your card, but not deducted. It is a way to make sure that the card is functional. However, the amount will be release if the cleaning gets cancelled. 

1. Login to your dashboard here

2. Once logged in, click on the purple pencil in the upper right corner of the cleaning card. 

3. Click on “Modify this cleaning”. 

4. You now have access to all the pieces of information. You can modify them as you wish up to 24 hours before the cleaning. 

5. Click on “Save” at the very end. 

Yes! However, we do not have a system integrated into the platform. You should, therefore, plan to give cash to the Pro before or after the cleaning.
